FUTURE APPOINTMENTS

At Peachy Rose Hair, we are dedicated to providing a top-tier experience for all our valued clients. Our priority is to maintain an efficient schedule that respects both your time and ours. To secure any future booking with our salon, we require a valid credit card on file. By scheduling an appointment with us, you are not just booking a service but a personalized experience tailored to your unique style and preference. To uphold this high standard of service, we kindly request that you provide your card information at the time of booking. Rest assured that your information will be securely stored on Kitomba, our trusted booking system. A 30% deposit is mandatory for all bookings. In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment, this deposit will be retained by the salon as a cancellation fee. This policy enables us to manage our appointments effectively and ensure each client receives the quality service they deserve.



LATE ARRIVALS, CANCELLATIONS & MISSED APPOINTMENTS

We value both your time and ours at Peachy Rose Hair. Late arrivals can disrupt our schedule and impact the experience of other clients. If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late, please contact the salon as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate you, there may be instances where we need to reschedule your appointment. If we are unable to do so, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the service cost will be charged. This approach allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and deliver exceptional service to all clients while respecting everyone's time. 

Peachy Rose Hair will confirm your service with a reminder via text, phone call or email at least 48 hours before your appointment. To secure your booking, please respond with a 'YES' within 48 hours of receiving our reminder or contact us to reschedule. Failure to confirm within 24 hours of your appointment may result in its cancellation. 

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a free equal to 50% of the service cost. No- shows or same day cancellations will be charged a fee equivalent to 100% of the service cost. These policies help us manage our schedule effectively and provide each client with the attentive high- quality service they deserve.

 

REFUNDS, PRODUCT RETURNS & SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

At Peachy Rose Hair, we strive to meet and exceed your expectations. While we do not offer refunds on hair services, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you have any concerns after your appointment, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will schedule a complimentary revision appointment. Returns on faulty products purchased within 30 days are accepted with proof of purchase. Please email us to arrange for a replacement of faulty goods.

 

DAMAGE TO CLIENT PROPERTY

While we take utmost care during our services, Peachy Rose Hair does not assume liability for any damage to your personal belongings. Please wear suitable attire and safeguard your belongings during your appointment. In the rare event of accidental damage, we regret any inconvenience caused but cannot accept liability for such incidents.



SOCIAL MEDIA + WEB ENGAGEMENT

To enhance our services and client experiences, Peachy Rose Hair may capture photographs for promotional purposes on social media. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge the possibility of appearing in such photographs. We respect your privacy, and if you wish to have your image removed from our platforms, please inform us promptly. Our team will handle your request with respect and efficiency, maintaining the culture of transparency and mutual understanding at Peachy Rose Hair.
