Founded in 2015 by award-winning stylist Adele Smyth, each salon is a warm, light-filled space built on care, creativity, and community — and every detail, from design to service, reflects that.
Peache Rose quickly became known for its signature Bronte Blonde, high-end colour work, and deeply personal client experience. Adele’s background in editorial, fashion, and education has helped shape a salon that’s both aspirational and grounded in care.

Peache Rose Hair was founded in 2015 by Adele Smyth, a passionate hairdresser, mother, and visionary, inspired by her daughters, Molly Peach and Erin Rose. What began as a dream to create a beautiful, welcoming salon space quickly evolved into a beloved brand across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
With the support of her partner, Brian O’Brian, who handcrafted the salon’s timber details, and the vibrant mural by Sydney artist Vasilios Kehagias, Adele brought her vision to life - blending artistry, warmth, and craftsmanship into every corner.
With over 20 years of international experience, Adele Smyth brings a signature blend of precision, softness, and style to every chair she works behind.
Originally from Ireland and now a Bronte local, Adele has worked on major industry stages — including Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Australia — but her passion lies in day-to-day salon creativity, helping people feel seen, understood, and confident.
Known for her glowing blondes and relaxed-yet-elevated styling, Adele has created a salon culture built on trust, artistry, and real connection.
